Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and prepare food precisely
- Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness
- Food handler certification is preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Passion for and experience with fresh food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with inventory management and product rotation
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios and business needs
- Willingness to learn and use digital tools and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to business needs
- Prepare food according to item specifications and future production planning
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Manage stocking, rotating merchandise, and quality control standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Assist customers according to company policies and procedures
- Identify shrink and damage and handle claims and returns
