Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete job-required trainings and assessments in prescribed time
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- Compliance with company policies regarding a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fresh food preparation or food service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology in a retail setting
- Customer service experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Prepare food according to item specifications and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Ensure high-quality products are available by managing inventory, temperature control, and expiration dates
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and member-ready sales floor complying with company policies
- Assist customers according to company policies and procedures and resolve member inquiries
