Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead food service workers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including varied days and hours
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Adaptability and reliability in a team environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate the activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
- Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- May work in any type of food location on client premises under leadership of on-site management
- Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility
- Other duties may be assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
