Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of related work experience
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good customer service skills
Ability to coordinate and lead food service workers
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

One or more years of related work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including varied days and hours
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Adaptability and reliability in a team environment

Job Duties

Coordinate the activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
May work in any type of food location on client premises under leadership of on-site management
Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility
Other duties may be assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
