Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year of related work experience in food service
- experience in a supervisory or lead role is a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including varied days and hours
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Job Duties
- Coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
- perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- prepare and serve food according to established standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the food service area
- assist management with training and mentoring team members
