The Food Lead Worker role at SodexoMagic, based at the Ebersole Center, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. This position involves working flexible shifts with open availability to meet client needs. As a Food Lead Worker, you will play a pivotal role within the food service team by preparing and serving vibrant menu items while maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment for all employees. Your customer service skills will put smiles on customers' faces and contribute positively to their daily experiences.

In this supervisory position, you will coordinate the activities of food service workers on client premises, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will perform hands-on food preparation and service tasks while also managing day-to-day assignments and supporting the team with leadership and motivation.
