- 1+ years of relevant experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of inspired dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and preparing sauces
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and efficiently
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, as well as the creation of prep lists and par levels
- Take inventory of food and supplies and order additional items as needed
- Continuously seek out ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
