Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant culinary experience
- Strong knowledge of culinary, foodservice, and hospitality fundamentals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior sales or sales support experience preferred
- Chef certification and culinary organization memberships a plus
Job Duties
- Direct customer consultation and relationship building
- Cultivate relationships within local restaurant communities and industry groups
- Develop and conduct culinary demonstrations and training
- Plan and execute sales meetings, events, and product cuttings
- Conduct kitchen and operations assessments for customers
- Utilize Menu Profit Pro to create customized recipes and cost analyses
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to support exclusive brands and growth initiatives
