Job Duties

  • Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
  • Ensure food is cooked in the right order and presented beautifully
  • Monitor timely preparation of all orders to synchronize table service
  • Run food to tables promptly to maintain warmth and quality
  • Explain special orders to kitchen staff and update servers on menu item availability
  • Oversee final presentation of plates to ensure proper dressing and cleanliness
  • Lead coordination between waitstaff and kitchen for efficient service
