Job Duties
- Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house
- Ensure food is cooked in the right order and presented beautifully
- Monitor timely preparation of all orders to synchronize table service
- Run food to tables promptly to maintain warmth and quality
- Explain special orders to kitchen staff and update servers on menu item availability
- Oversee final presentation of plates to ensure proper dressing and cleanliness
- Lead coordination between waitstaff and kitchen for efficient service
