Job Requirements
- Must adhere to all grooming standards
- no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to talk and hear
- occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
Job Qualifications
- Six months previous food service experience
- ability to work as part of a team
- capable of working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- able to carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensure that order tickets are properly placed
- responsible for timing of food orders and alert management if there is a backlog
- assemble plates focusing on presentation, portion control and garnish
- keep expo area clean and organized
- properly place trays and position food at table
- perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management
