Job Requirements

  • Must adhere to all grooming standards
  • no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
  • ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to talk and hear
  • occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus

Job Qualifications

  • Six months previous food service experience
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • capable of working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • able to carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs
  • able to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Ensure that order tickets are properly placed
  • responsible for timing of food orders and alert management if there is a backlog
  • assemble plates focusing on presentation, portion control and garnish
  • keep expo area clean and organized
  • properly place trays and position food at table
  • perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management
