Job Duties
- Engages with team members in span of care to ensure they receive onboarding, training and development, coaching and feedback
- Identifies talent and supports career discussions to maintain a diversified talent pipeline
- Participates in candid discussions to uphold Meijer standards and promote team member growth
- Oversees operations and financial results ensuring execution of corporate plans, managing sales productivity, and owning budget line items
- Drives safety, compliance, and condition management within the store
- Ensures Team Leaders and Leads provide guidance, assign daily work, and address training needs
- Performs additional duties as assigned to maintain department efficiency
