Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- State-issued ID for all delivery types
- Ability to provide Social Security Number for background check
- Minimum age 19 for car and scooter drivers
- Minimum age 18 for bike delivery
- Access to a 2-door or larger vehicle for car delivery
- Own a car, scooter, or bike eligible for deliveries
Job Qualifications
- No experience necessary but preferred
- Basic knowledge of local area and routes
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to manage time efficiently
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Make timely deliveries to customers using a car, scooter, or bike
- Provide excellent customer service by following delivery instructions
- Manage cashless transactions through the delivery app
- Maintain safety guidelines while interacting with customers and handling deliveries
- Follow contactless delivery procedures when requested
- Report any issues or delays promptly
- Keep your vehicle or bike in good working condition
