Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- Provide social security number for background check
- State-issued ID for delivering by car, scooter, or bike
- Minimum age of 19 for car and scooter delivery
- Minimum age of 18 for bike delivery
- Vehicle must be at least 2-door for car delivery
- Own a car, scooter, or bike suitable for deliveries
Job Qualifications
- No prior delivery experience necessary
- Customer service skills preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and related delivery apps
- Familiarity with local geography in delivery areas
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Deliver food and goods to customers in a timely manner
- Set flexible work schedules and manage delivery times
- Collect and retain 100% of customer tips
- Follow health and safety guidelines including contactless delivery
- Use app technology to accept and complete delivery requests
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of vehicles
- Communicate with customers and support teams when necessary
