- Have a valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- Possess state-issued ID
- Be at least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- Be at least 18 years old for bike delivery
- Have at least a 2-door vehicle for car delivery
- Use an approved vehicle type depending on city regulations

- Make timely and accurate deliveries for customers
- Maintain contactless delivery when requested
- Use car, scooter, or bike safely to complete deliveries
- Follow health and safety guidelines including frequent hand hygiene
- Manage your schedule independently
- Use the Postmates/Uber app to accept and track deliveries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
