Job Requirements
- Provide Social Security Number for background check
- Have a vehicle that meets delivery specifications, such as at least a 2-door car for car deliveries
- No prior experience necessary but preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and choose schedules independently
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Commitment to health and safety protocols during deliveries
- Pass required background checks
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- State-issued ID for all delivery methods
- At least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- At least 18 years old for bike delivery
- Ability to use a car, scooter, or bicycle for deliveries
- Familiarity with using smartphone apps for navigation and delivery management
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Picking up orders from customers and delivery locations
- Driving or biking to delivery destinations promptly and safely
- Ensuring contactless delivery when requested by customers
- Using the Postmates and Uber app to manage deliveries and cash out earnings
- Adhering to vehicle and age requirements for delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, including frequent hand sanitation
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
