Job Requirements

Availability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Flexible attitude to changing business needs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties
Must comply with company hygiene and uniform policies

Job Qualifications

Effective communication skills

Willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple stations
Prior general knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus

Job Duties

Preparing and cooking food orders to meet product quality standards
Handling food preparation and portioning
Cooking meals on the grill
Operating the fry station to create menu items
Dressing items to order with precision
Packaging menu items ensuring quality and consistency
Maintaining restaurant cleanliness including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, surface wiping, and sanitizing food areas
