Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or merchandise/financial planning
- Bachelor's degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
- Effective communication skills with suppliers and employees at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize prices and deals
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with suppliers, customers, and employees
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service
- Consolidate purchases to achieve maximum economic benefit
- Forge close relationships with management and staff across the restaurants
- Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are being met
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided
- Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving
- Ensure the company purchasing systems are up to date with products and pricing to facilitate its smooth operation at the restaurant level
