We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Dining Service team members who are responsible for delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous dining services to all guests. This role is integral to maintaining the high standard of customer service that Red Mile is known for. Candidates in this position will engage directly with customers, take food and drink orders, assist in keeping dining areas clean, and manage payment transactions using our POS system accurately. This position requires individuals who excel in communication, teamwork, and demonstrating a high level of professionalism at all times. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential due to the nature of our business. Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to communicate in English
Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible shifts and hours due to business needs
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers in accordance with Red Mile standards
Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e., taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner
Receives payment from food and beverage customers in a prompt and courteous manner
Utilizes POS system, quotes accurate pricing and gives correct change, accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedures
Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary
Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
