Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Cook and bake food and pastries according to planned menu
  • Prepare reports to validate daily transactions and confirm meal preparations
  • Ensure all meal components are present and double-checked
  • Store food properly to maintain freshness and integrity
  • Provide food service to customers following meal schedules and departmental procedures
  • Use and maintain culinary implements, especially knives
  • Prepare diverse food and beverages promptly

  • Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving tools
  • Adhere to prescribed food safety regulations, including cleanliness and proper food handling
  • Follow uniform standards as per policy
  • Coordinate daily menu accurately with manager
  • Control food temperature for safety
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Implement proper sanitation practices for work areas and equipment
  • Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and washing wares
  • Keep garbage collection points and kitchen floors clean and sanitary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting various kitchen areas
