Job Requirements
- Prior food plant sanitation or related experience a plus, preferably in the bakery industry
- high school diploma or GED
- must be flexible with shifts and days off
- must be available on weekends or nights as schedule requires
- ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- ability to follow instructions and comprehend safety procedures
- must be able to follow all facility policies
- must be able to lift up to 20 lbs overhead
- must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to distinguish colors and smells
- must be able to distinguish audible alarms
- must be capable of rapid movement to all areas of the plant
- must be able to climb stairs and fixed and portable ladders
- ability to crawl under and climb onto machinery and equipment
- must have verifiable attendance record

Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors
- trash removal
- dusting
- vacuuming
- window cleaning
- general cleaning and other duties as directed by supervisor
- ensure that all machinery and areas are cleaned in an efficient manner in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
