Job Requirements

  • Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
  • Minimum of one year of relevant occupational experience
  • Ability to follow safety and security protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to assist guests with disabilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Assist guests with service requirements and individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Preserve and enhance positive professional relationships
  • Cultivate teamwork and respond to feedback
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
