Job Requirements
- Attainment of a G.E.D. or high school diploma
- Minimum of one year of relevant occupational experience
- Ability to adhere to safety and security standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Readiness to assist guests and individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications
- Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
- Demonstrated minimum of one year of relevant occupational history
- No prior experience in leading teams or supervising others required
- Licenses and certifications are not obligatory
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols implemented by the company
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager for resolution
- Successfully fulfill safety training requirements and receive certifications
- Maintain consistency in the cleanliness and professional appearance of everyone
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information
- Offer warm welcome and acknowledge all visitors according to company procedures
- Assist guests with their service requirements and offer aid to individuals with disabilities
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Preserve and enhance positive professional relationships with colleagues and associates
- Cultivate teamwork to accomplish collective goals and address feedback
