Job Requirements

Attainment of a G.E.D. or high school diploma
Minimum of one year of relevant occupational experience
Ability to adhere to safety and security standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
Readiness to assist guests and individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
Demonstrated minimum of one year of relevant occupational history
No prior experience in leading teams or supervising others required
Licenses and certifications are not obligatory

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Adhere to all safety and security protocols implemented by the company
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager for resolution
Successfully fulfill safety training requirements and receive certifications
Maintain consistency in the cleanliness and professional appearance of everyone
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information
Offer warm welcome and acknowledge all visitors according to company procedures
Assist guests with their service requirements and offer aid to individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Preserve and enhance positive professional relationships with colleagues and associates
Cultivate teamwork to accomplish collective goals and address feedback
