Job Requirements

  • Attainment of a G.E.D. or high school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of relevant occupational experience
  • Ability to adhere to safety and security standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Readiness to assist guests and individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
  • Demonstrated minimum of one year of relevant occupational history
  • No prior experience in leading teams or supervising others required
  • Licenses and certifications are not obligatory

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols implemented by the company
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager for resolution
  • Successfully fulfill safety training requirements and receive certifications
  • Maintain consistency in the cleanliness and professional appearance of everyone
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information
  • Offer warm welcome and acknowledge all visitors according to company procedures
  • Assist guests with their service requirements and offer aid to individuals with disabilities
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Preserve and enhance positive professional relationships with colleagues and associates
  • Cultivate teamwork to accomplish collective goals and address feedback
