Job Requirements

  • Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
  • Minimum of one year of relevant occupational history
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
  • Willingness to assist guests including individuals with disabilities
  • Commitment to uphold confidentiality and company standards
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Assist guests and individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Preserve confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Foster teamwork and positive relationships
