The Food and Beverage Outlet/Banquet Manager position at Hilton DFW Lakes is a vital role responsible for the oversight and management of several dining outlets and banquet functions within the hotel. This PM shift role requires a skilled leader who can effectively supervise Conference Dining, a three-meal restaurant, Room Service, and a Sports Bar & Restaurant. The manager must ensure seamless operation of these outlets by open and closing them according to their hours of operation, maintaining full familiarity with all menus, and strictly adhering to liquor liability laws. The ideal candidate will be TABC certified, knowledgeable about food handling and banquet event service, and capable of maintaining profitability by controlling expenses. A strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential, as the role demands constant attention to the quality of service and operational excellence. Flexibility is key for this position since weekends, holidays, and nights must be worked to meet business needs. Candidates are expected to have excellent organizational skills, expertise with the Micros point-of-sale system, and relevant certification in food handling and alcohol service. - Minimum one year experience as a Restaurant/Banquet Manager in a high volume full service hotel or banquet operation
