Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a Restaurant/Banquet Manager in a high volume full service hotel or banquet operation
  • knowledge of Micros systems
  • TABC certified
  • food handler certified
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Open and close outlets according to hours of operation
  • maintain full familiarity with all outlet and banquet menus
  • adhere to all liquor liability laws and hold valid TABC certification
  • ensure profitability by controlling expenses
  • ensure guest satisfaction at all food and beverage outlets
  • understand all outlet menus and staff positions
  • oversee banquet event service and functions
  • work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
