Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a Restaurant/Banquet Manager in a high volume full service hotel or banquet operation
- knowledge of Micros systems
- TABC certified
- food handler certified
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Open and close outlets according to hours of operation
- maintain full familiarity with all outlet and banquet menus
- adhere to all liquor liability laws and hold valid TABC certification
- ensure profitability by controlling expenses
- ensure guest satisfaction at all food and beverage outlets
- understand all outlet menus and staff positions
- oversee banquet event service and functions
- work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
