Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food and beverage experience
  • cash handling skills
  • physical ability to lift, move, push, or pull heavy loads for extended periods
  • knowledge of food service sanitation standards
  • Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
  • valid Class C driver's license and maintain good driving record
  • availability for full-time Monday to Friday schedule

Job Qualifications

  • prior food and beverage experience including cooking, cleaning, inventory, and selling of food and beverages
  • experience handling cash
  • knowledge of food service sanitation requirements including local ordinances and national standards
  • serv safe certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • valid Class C driver's license with a good driving record
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • good physical strength and agility to perform duties involving lifting, moving, and stooping

Job Duties

  • preparing, cooking, taking orders, serving and distributing food
  • monitoring and stocking inventory
  • handling cash transactions
  • maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • assisting customers with menu options
  • complying with food service regulations
  • operating kitchen equipment safely
