Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
  • ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
  • must comply with safety and health code standards
  • must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
  • will be required to stand for extended periods of time
  • good personal hygiene
  • must wear proper uniform

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
  • ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
  • one year of customer service experience with general public preferred
  • current Food Handlers Card preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in food service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service
  • operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
  • perform basic mathematical computations
  • balance drawer and manage daily income
  • communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
  • clean food and beverage areas and tables
  • assist in preparing and serving food items
  • fill condiment containers
  • pick up in and around food and beverage areas
  • scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine
  • wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment
  • take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food
  • assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas
  • alert management immediately for incidences such as suspicious persons or intoxicated individuals
  • alert management regarding mistakes or adjustments to the cash drawer
  • additional tasks assigned by management
