Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit
- Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers permit
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
- Regular and reliable attendance

- Responsible cash handling skills
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Operate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- Demonstrating responsible cash handling skills
- Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Maintaining clean kitchen environment including cleaning of fryer and flat top
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
