The Food and Beverage Team Member position at Lake Padden Golf Course is an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering top-tier service in a dynamic hospitality setting. Food and Beverage Team Members will operate beverage carts across the golf course, supplying refreshments and snacks to players in a friendly and timely manner. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Always maintain a professional appearance
  • Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
  • Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
  • Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
  • Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
  • Operate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
  • Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
  • Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
  • Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
  • Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
  • Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
  • Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
  • Demonstrating responsible cash handling skills
  • Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Maintaining clean kitchen environment including cleaning of fryer and flat top
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
