Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
- reliable and regular attendance
- able to work in a hospitality environment
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain a professional appearance
- capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- maintain a professional appearance
- drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- maintain a supply of all bar products and supplies including glassware and expendable paper
- stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- assure compliance with all laws applicable to beverage operations
- operate Jonas and handle guest and member charges according to procedure
- learn the names of regulars and recognize them personally
- monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure excellent customer service
- inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory
- prepare garnishes, mix and pre-mix drinks
- perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- communicate effectively with peers and management
- ensure timely, friendly, and professional greetings to all customers
- assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- demonstrate responsible cash-handling skills
- prepare, cook, and serve food menu options
- understand safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- maintain a clean kitchen environment including cleaning of fryer and flattop
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
