Qualified Food and Beverage Team Members will be responsible for stocking beverage carts to par levels, ensuring all bar supplies and glassware are maintained, and providing attentive and personalized service by learning and recognizing regular guests. The role requires individuals to be adept at operating point-of-sale systems such as Jonas and handling cash, guest member charges, and credit card transactions with integrity and accuracy. Additionally, team members will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, and perform closing duties responsibly. Emphasizing teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction, the role is critical in upholding the high standard of service expected at Legion Memorial Golf Course.

Job Duties

  • Always maintain a professional appearance
  • Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
  • Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
  • Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
  • Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
  • Operate Jonas, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
  • Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
  • Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
