The Food & Beverage Team Leader role at Target is a dynamic and multifaceted position within the Food & Beverage department, designed to ensure guests enjoy the freshest products, accurate pricing, and excellent service. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for operations related to food services, inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to food safety standards. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of lifting 44 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer conditions
  • Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Access all building areas as needed
