- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on guest experience commitments and operations
- Observe and provide feedback, hold team members accountable and recognize great guest experience moments
- Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and take action to improve
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement
- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices, develop and coach team members
- Maintain fresh, full and food safe areas leveraging inventory management and food safety policies
- Manage partnerships with vendors to ensure stock and brand standards
