Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in cold environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in environments with common allergens
- Capable of remaining mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Comply with safety and compliance guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude
Job Duties
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads to meet department and store sales goals
- Ensure fresh, full, and food-safe areas during all operating hours by leveraging inventory management and food safety procedures
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas to identify priorities and develop action plans
- Execute all food safety standards and cleaning routines
- Manage vendor relationships to maintain brand standards and product availability
- Lead and develop a team including interviewing, coaching, and evaluating team members
- Support guest services such as cashiering, order pick-up, and ensure compliance with relevant laws
