Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Able to remain focused in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations
- Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, take action to improve, and align team on the right behaviors and execution
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement
- Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team by completing the Food & Beverage Daily Standards walk
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas daily for compliance with Target Food & Beverage Standards
- Prioritize business needs and identify workload tasks for the team
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
- Partner with store leadership through communication and collaboration
- Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices and development
- Lead team huddles to communicate focuses and trends
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors
- Ensure product availability by placing store-initiated orders
- Stay updated on relevant trends and products to educate team members
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- Uphold compliance culture and support safety standards
- Lead safety culture and incident response
- Model physical security processes
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices
- Follow safe and secure training as a key carrier
- Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities
- Address all store emergency and compliance requirements
