FOOD AND BEVERAGE TASKFORCE MANAGER

We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-driven Food and Beverage Taskforce Manager to join our team for a limited term from April 1 through April 26, 2026. This role is crucial in overseeing various aspects of the food and beverage operations within the resort. The Food and Beverage Taskforce Manager will play a significant part in driving operational excellence by ensuring all food and beverage outlets maintain the highest standards of quality and service. This includes working closely with kitchen and service staff to enhance guest satisfaction, optimizing workflows, and managing team engagement in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate for this position is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and proven organizational skills. Prior experience with Hyatt brands is preferred, as familiarity with Hyatt’s operational standards and service culture will enable a smoother transition and greater immediate impact. This role demands the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, meet financial goals, and uphold health and safety regulations.

This temporary position offers an hourly wage ranging from $40 to $48 per hour, reflecting the demanding nature and expertise required for this job. The Food and Beverage Taskforce Manager will be responsible for implementing service standards, conducting staff training, liaising with management and other departments, and analyzing operational metrics to recommend improvements.
