Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in areas where allergens may be present
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile for the full shift length
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older for bakery roles
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food deliveries, replenishment, merchandise straightening, in-stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing reserve products
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set and maintain sales floor merchandise displays and organize backroom space
- Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to policies
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to solve guest issues
- Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws
- Appropriately use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work safely and comply with safety policies and training
- Support guest services including backup cashier, order pickup and Drive-up duties
- Greet guests and engage in helping solve their needs
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements
