As a Food & Beverage Expert at Target, you will be an integral part of creating a fresh and inviting shopping experience for guests by maintaining product quality, accurate pricing, and food safety standards. This role is dynamic and diverse, allowing you to develop comprehensive knowledge in food safety, inventory management, guest service, and merchandising. You will have the opportunity to engage with guests by providing helpful information about products, storage, and purchasing recommendations while promoting sales through sampling and suggestive selling.

This role requires adaptability as you will be supporting various operational tasks such as managing deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing reserve products, and maintaining backroom spaces. You will work with vendors to adjust merchandise displays and ensure the store's food and beverage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
