Delaware North is currently hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team at the Yavapai Hotel located within the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily shift operations, overseeing food quality and service standards, and handling financial aspects such as labor costs and cash handling. Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • manage labor and profit loss
  • ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
