Job Requirements

  • no college degree required
  • minimum of 2 years related experience required
  • superior organization and guest service skills required
  • word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required
  • excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in handling guest enquiries
  • must have open availability
  • ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
  • maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • support team members through leadership and guidance
