Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work primarily evenings and closing shifts, with some mid-shifts as needed
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to be trained on safety and security protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, club, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong front-of-house service knowledge and confidence leading during active service
- Professional, polished, and member-focused demeanor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work primarily evenings and closing shifts, with some mid-shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Support the front-of-house team throughout service and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with floor management, dining room flow, and shift execution
- Help develop floor charts and ensure the dining room is properly set up for success
- Engage with members table-side to ensure a high level of hospitality and satisfaction
- Assist with service recovery and help resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner
- Maintain strong communication with servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers during service
- Uphold club standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
- Be trained on safety and security protocols and respond appropriately when needed
