Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work primarily evenings and closing shifts, with some mid-shifts as needed
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
  • Willingness to be trained on safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, club, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  • Strong front-of-house service knowledge and confidence leading during active service
  • Professional, polished, and member-focused demeanor

Job Duties

  • Support the front-of-house team throughout service and help ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with floor management, dining room flow, and shift execution

  • Engage with members table-side to ensure a high level of hospitality and satisfaction
  • Assist with service recovery and help resolve guest concerns in a professional, timely manner
  • Maintain strong communication with servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers during service
  • Uphold club standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism
  • Be trained on safety and security protocols and respond appropriately when needed
