Job Description

Hilton is a globally renowned leader in the hospitality industry, recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across its extensive portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts. Founded on a vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, Hilton has welcomed over 3 billion guests worldwide. The company's dedication to service excellence is matched by its investment in creating an award-winning workplace culture, consistently recognized on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton's wide range of iconic brands and its forward-thinking approach make it a premier destination for hospitality professionals seeking not just a job, but a fulfilling career.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Hilton, you will play a critical role in extending the company’s hallmark hospitality within one of the hotel’s dining outlets. This position is more than overseeing the daily operations—it is about inspiring and guiding a team to create memorable dining experiences that contribute to each guest’s overall stay. The role involves supervising restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, product quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations are met. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and continuously seeking improvements to enhance the culinary experience.

Your leadership will foster a positive and productive environment by mentoring team members, managing schedules, and providing hands-on supervision during shifts. Additionally, you will contribute to the outlet’s financial success by supporting marketing efforts and employing up-selling techniques to boost food and beverage sales. At Hilton, this role embodies the company’s core values: a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a proactive mindset focused on the present moment's impact.

Hilton doesn’t just prioritize guest happiness; it extends exceptional care and support to its team members. By joining the company, you gain access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth. These include exclusive travel perks, financial security through a stock purchase program and retirement plans, paid parental leave, and robust health and welfare benefits. Hilton’s culture encourages personal and professional development within an inclusive environment that champions diversity and celebrates each member's contribution.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary aligned with the hospitality industry standards. If you are passionate about hospitality and possess the qualities Hilton values, such as integrity and leadership, this opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference every day while advancing your career in a globally respected company. Hilton invites you to bring your talents, enthusiasm, and ownership mindset to their team and help create unforgettable moments for guests worldwide.
