Featuring two impressive towers, our establishment offers 1,000 guest rooms that blend modern amenities with elegant design. Guests can enjoy 75,000 square feet of versatile event space, catering to everything from business conferences to social gatherings. Complementing the luxurious accommodations and event facilities are several unique dining experiences that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences.
Among these dining options is The Market, a Grab & Go Cafe situated within our award-winning Hilton Columbus Downtown property. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your talents to a dynamic and creative environment where teamwork and hospitality excellence are at the forefront.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Market, you will play a pivotal role in assisting management with the direction and administration of restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest service and financial success. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting the team, scheduling and assigning daily work tasks, and training team members in all restaurant activities and operational standards. You will monitor and evaluate team member performance, offer support in handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Additionally, you will manage and monitor product quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction trends to identify areas for improvement. Inventory control and monitoring will also fall under your purview, helping to maintain smooth operational flow in the restaurant. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional management skills, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
