This position is designed to supervise and organize the Food and Beverage functions within the hotel outlets, aiming to maintain superior standards in food quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profitability. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will work closely with the leadership team to support various hotel outlets, ensuring consistent communication with vendors and suppliers for timely rollout of seasonal menus, and participating in inventories and reporting. Educational requirements include a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Experience required is 3 to 5 years in food and beverage operations. Certifications such as Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers are mandatory. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in line with Azul Hospitality standards. Regular attendance and full compliance with company policies are expected to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel facilities.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification required
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
- Good communication skills
- High school or equivalent education
- 3-5 years experience in food and beverage operation

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours
- Basic computational and mathematical skills

Job Duties
- Support and supervise the hotel F&B outlets while working closely with F&B leadership team
- Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers for seasonal food rollouts
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories and submit reports
