The Food and Beverage Supervisor role under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, carries significant responsibility for the efficient scheduling and oversight of subordinate employees. This position focuses on improving the quality and quantity of work performed, while ensuring operations are carried out efficiently and economically. The Supervisor plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and managing employee concerns to sustain high service standards and operational excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring that food and beverage venues deliver best-in-class service aligned with Enterprise service standards, prioritizing team training at all levels to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the brand’s reputation.

Additionally, the Supervisor collaborates closely with venue leadership to develop and implement departmental initiatives aimed at increasing sales, profitability, and effective cost control. The role demands rigorous adherence to health and safety codes, overseeing the cleanliness and preparedness of workspaces, and ensuring all team members complete necessary training. The Supervisor’s role extends to managing materials, equipment, and facility needs to support smooth operational flow. Job Requirements

  • associate’s degree in hospitality management food service business or related field
  • minimum of two years of restaurant customer service or related experience
  • must obtain and maintain responsible beverage service certification
  • must obtain and maintain servsafe certification
  • may be required to obtain gaming license as per tribal gaming commission
  • no driving responsibilities required
  • able to work evening weekend and holiday shifts
  • able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • capable of sedentary work involving sitting and operating office equipment
  • maintain neat clean and well-groomed appearance
  • able to work in climate-controlled casino and resort environment
  • able to attend meetings trade shows and conferences
  • able to work in fast-paced high demand environment
  • able to perform physical activities including balancing stooping kneeling crouching reaching pushing pulling lifting grasping talking hearing and repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

  • associate’s degree in hospitality management food service business or related field
  • minimum of two years of restaurant customer service or related experience
  • related relevant or direct experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • proficient in microsoft office including outlook excel and word
  • strong leadership and people management skills with ability to collaborate and motivate others
  • ability to delegate multi-task lead and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • able to read write and communicate in english
  • able to perform basic mathematical operations
  • provide friendly efficient service and resolve issues effectively

  • able to work under pressure and remain calm during busy periods

Job Duties

  • assist with day-to-day operation of the food and beverage venues ensuring best-in-class service
  • prioritize training and understanding of all line-level positions to maintain and elevate brand standards
  • collaborate with venue leadership to develop and execute department initiatives that build sales profitability and cost control
  • ensure communication and execution of department-wide fiscal and operational goals
  • meet and maintain all safety and health requirements according to applicable codes and track completion of department-wide training
  • determine materials equipment and facilities needed for efficient operations and ensure cleanliness organization and preparedness of workspace and adjacent areas
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient operation of the department
  • carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing hiring and training employees planning assigning reviewing and directing work evaluating and appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • make hiring decisions and design individual development plans with succession planning in mind for key roles
