Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of food and beverage experience
- Ability to work outdoor shifts during spring, summer, and fall
- Capacity to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of food and beverage experience
- Experience in hotel or resort environments preferred
- Proven ability to train and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Proficiency with relevant computer systems
Job Duties
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Host team, TopGolf Swing Suite, and Ramsay's Kitchen alongside Food and Beverage management
- Train, develop, and oversee the Host team to ensure operational success
- Ensure the consistency of food quality and service efficiency across all outlets
- Utilize computer systems relevant to departmental operations
- Execute duties of a pool attendant, server, or bartender as needed
- Schedule staff and manage payroll records in accordance with budget guidelines
- Order supplies and manage inventory levels to maintain smooth operations
- Participate in staff meetings to communicate policies, changes, and strategies to boost sales and service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings including ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards
