Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff members including cashier cooks and bartenders to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
- schedule and assign daily work assignments to the food service team and supervise task completion
- train and guide staff on job duties proper food safety and sanitation procedures customer service
- maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and attentive service resolving issues and delivering positive dining experiences
- open and close restaurant following policy and procedures
- receive shipments of food beverage products and restaurant supplies manage back stock ensure invoice accuracy examine shipments for damaged or expired items
- follow safe-handling standards for stocking rotating and storing products including pulling expired items from inventory
- follow all safety and health policies and procedures
- maintain daily inventories
- operate cash register credit card machine and kitchen equipment
- cook and prepare food and beverages
- maintain clean organized work area by performing cleaning tasks
- ensure correct cash handling procedures
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations sanitation guidelines and alcohol service laws
- perform related work as required
