  • Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • Assist managers in managing staffing levels according to budgetary goals and business volume
  • Inspect assigned area by walking through to monitor staff and guest needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate daily operational activities
  • Support team in delivering high-quality dining experiences
