Job Description

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a premier luxury resort located in the southern section of Napa Valley's renowned wine-growing region. Sprawled over 700 acres of picturesque rolling vineyards and farmland, this resort offers an exceptional experience blending the rich agricultural history of Napa with contemporary luxury and innovation. With access to both Napa and Sonoma, Stanly Ranch is a distinguished destination that features 135 airy cottage guestrooms and suites, each thoughtfully designed with outdoor terraces, fire pits, and breathtaking views of the Mayacamas Mountains. The resort further enhances ownership opportunities through a limited collection of spacious Vineyard Homes and furnished Villas, providing residents with unique living options that embody the essence of Napa Valley’s lifestyle. The resort is celebrated for its amenities, including Halehouse, the exclusive Auberge spa that offers targeted treatments to promote wellbeing and personal growth, as well as three exceptional dining venues. Among these is Bear, a venue honoring local farmers and artisans through its culinary offerings. Guests at Stanly Ranch can also immerse themselves in the vibrant wine country culture via a range of curated adventures and experiences that provide both education and excitement. Stanly Ranch encapsulates the evolution of a working ranch into a refined luxury destination, leveraging its century-old Napa Valley heritage while embracing a modern, casual luxury ethos centered around culture and cultivation.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Stanly Ranch is a pivotal leadership position that focuses on elevating guest service and operational excellence within the resort's food and beverage outlets. This position is designed for a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in supervisory roles, capable of overseeing one primary outlet while also providing support across multiple venues as needed. The supervisor is entrusted with leading a team that exemplifies service excellence aligned with the resort’s luxury standards, maintaining regulatory compliance and brand expectations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members through the resort's ENRICH values, operational management to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and driving exceptional guest experiences. The role demands oversight of food and beverage preparations according to quality standards, efficient and courteous service delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of service areas. Effective communication, inventory management, and proactive problem-solving are also core to this role. The starting pay rate for this supervisory role is $28.00 per hour, with actual compensation reflective of experience and education. This opportunity is ideal for an individual seeking to grow their leadership career within a distinguished luxury hospitality brand dedicated to both exceptional guest experiences and team development.
