Candidates must be prepared to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment and demonstrate the physical ability to perform essential duties, including lifting, bending, and reaching. The role demands proficiency with technology, including iOS devices, and strong communication skills in English. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of two years of food and beverage experience, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity, and a commitment to upholding Caesars Entertainment's ethical standards and Code of Commitment.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Advanced training or certification in food and beverage preferred
- Minimum of two years food and beverage experience
- At least one year supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
- Computer skills required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices

Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees day-to-day operations in a specific food and/or beverage outlet
- Responsible for smooth operation of the outlet, including ensuring supplies and stock levels are appropriate and resolving any operational issues that arise
- Schedules, trains and monitors performance of direct reports
- Must have knowledge or experience supervising members of a collective bargaining unit
- Must be able to train and supervise employees in specialty drinks and flair bartending
- Ensures direct reports are providing Family Style Service at all times
- Ensures direct reports are following kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations
- May perform other duties as assigned
