Proficiency in computer skills and technology, such as iOS devices, is crucial in managing workflows effectively. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds and push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with the work environment being both smoking and pet-friendly.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience in food and beverage
  • At least one-year supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist and reach

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, advanced training or certification in food and beverage preferred
  • Minimum of two years food and beverage experience, with at least one-year supervisory experience in a hospitality environment
  • Computer skills required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices

Job Duties

  • Supervises and oversees day-to-day operations in a specific food and/or beverage outlet
  • Responsible for smooth operation of the outlet, including ensuring supplies and stock levels are appropriate and resolving any operational issues that arise
  • Schedules, trains and monitors performance of direct reports
  • Must have knowledge or experience supervising members of a collective bargaining unit
  • Must be able to train and supervise employees in specialty drinks and flair bartending
  • Ensures direct reports are providing Family Style Service at all times
  • Ensures direct reports are following kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations
  • May perform other duties as assigned
