Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in high volume buffet or ala carte restaurant environment
  • proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • certification in approved alcohol awareness course
  • ability to obtain and renew all required licenses or certifications
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to push or pull 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart
  • ability to work in temperature ranges from -10 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to navigate slippery floors safely
  • physical ability to bend, reach up to 6 feet, push, pull, grasp

  • develop menus and SOPs for food preparation
  • supervise cooking techniques and equipment use
  • produce soups, stocks, sauces, cold salads, sandwiches
  • slice deli meats and cheese
  • maintain professional work environment
  • complete additional responsibilities assigned by management
