Job Description
Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a premier luxury resort nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, California. The resort spans over 700 acres of picturesque rolling vineyards and farmland located in the southern section of Napa Valley's renowned wine-growing region, offering guests unrivaled access to both Napa and Sonoma. This distinctive resort features 135 airy cottage guestrooms and suites that boast private outdoor terraces complete with fire pits and breathtaking views of the Mayacamas Mountains. Beyond accommodations, Stanly Ranch presents a rare opportunity for ownership with a limited collection of three- to six-bedroom Vineyard Homes and elegantly furnished two-bedroom Villas, blending luxury living with the idyllic wine country lifestyle.
As a member of the Auberge Collection, Stanly Ranch reflects the brand's commitment to exceptional quality, hospitality, and immersive guest experiences. The resort embodies a rich 100-year Napa Valley heritage that seamlessly transitions from its origins as a working ranch to a deeply rooted luxury destination. This transformation captures the essence of casual yet sophisticated luxury, drawing inspiration from the culture and cultivation of the region. Guests can indulge in Halehouse, an Auberge spa specializing in targeted and intentional treatments designed to help them achieve their full potential. The resort also boasts three unique dining venues, including Bear, a restaurant that pays homage to local farmers and makers, emphasizing farm-to-table cuisine. Unique to Stanly Ranch are a variety of thrilling adventures and immersive wine country experiences, offering guests a behind-the-scenes look at the region's rich viticultural traditions.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, offers an exciting leadership opportunity for professionals passionate about hospitality and operational excellence. This position primarily focuses on managing a specific outlet or department within the food and beverage operations but requires flexibility, as the supervisor will assist and lead across all venues depending on business needs. The supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering team development while maintaining the luxury service standards and brand expectations unique to Stanly Ranch and the Auberge Collection.
This seasonal position is set to conclude around November 2026 and offers a starting pay rate of $28.00 per hour, with salaries determined by factors such as experience and education. The Food & Beverage Supervisor's responsibilities include coaching and training team members in line with the company's core values, enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. The role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Supervisors are expected to uphold cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation standards, prepare and oversee food and beverage quality, and proactively anticipate operational needs to resolve issues seamlessly.
Ultimately, the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Stanly Ranch represents the face of the resort's hospitality within dining venues, delivering not only impeccable service but also guiding guests through memorable culinary experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to upholding the rich traditions and innovative spirit of the Auberge Collection.
